To anyone that has passed series exams: do they provide any value other than meeting prerequisites for your role?

I am the Senior Manager of Accounting and my controller just quit and they’ll be back filling the role in the next couple of months. Would this be a good opportunity to ask for a raise? I joined the company 9 months ago and didn’t get a raise in December since I’d only been there 6 months. Should I leverage this opportunity to get an inflationary raise?

I work for a start up / small business. I haven’t had a raise in 4 years since starting and my role continues to grow and I believe I deserve a raise to match my increase in responsibilities. The company doesn’t adhere to clear roles and responsibilities - they often say, “well we need people to be flexible” or “it’s and all-hands-on-deck situation”. Looking for advice on how best to prep for pay increase convo knowing I need to be organized and clear.

Any non-consulting companies still offering gc sponsorship and h1b transfer? Hoping I could leave big 4 and just an industry accounting position would be great. Can’t find anything after 6mos

Needed some insights on the salary range/band for a senior con Data engineer with 7 yoe.

Current ctc 20.5 LPA ( due for a revisal.. Will go approx 24.5 LPA post assuming annual hike of 20% (which I feel is very low and would want to negotiate internally)

Also please suggest how much should I ask for based on my yoe and role.
