If you elaborated on why you find the role boring - we could provide more reassurance of why those aspects are or aren’t boring. Otherwise these generalizations aren’t great discussion starting points
Do you think it’s important to feel passionate about the product? Or is it ok to just be alright with it? It doesn’t seem like there are a ton of truly spectacular products outside of top tech
Anyone from Pepsico willing to provide referral? A role that matches my exp and function is made available to which I'd love to express my interest to.
Please please connect if you are from Pepsico and are willing to provide referral. Thanks much!!!

Jesus Christ people I just want to hear some first hand experience
Let’s start with an example: PM for Slack. What would be fun? Boring? Challenging? Irritating?
It varies wildly from one role to another. But being a PM in an early stage startup is super fun
Definitely sounds fun. In your opinion what’s the best way for a consultant to land a PM gig at an early stage start-up?
You don't need to play devil's advocate. It isn't surprising that at least some people think a given job seems kind of boring.
I do know a good friend who’s a PM at Amazon really disliking the PM job because it’s mainly herding cats, so there’s that.
Depends if you know exactly which product you’re working on (which you don’t if it’s a rotational e.g. google APM)
