Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.

What is the drug culture like at your office? I assume people don’t openly talk about what they do in their free time if illicit, but they may do so quietly or you can otherwise tell.
Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?

Just found out we have a death in the family and will need to travel cross country for the funeral. I’m on day 4 of clomid for IUI and worried we’re going to have to miss our window for the month. Is it just what it is, or has anyone dealt with travel issues during IUI?

Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job. I have a handful of patients, some of which have been meeting with me consistently for over 2 years, that I suspect will want to remain in touch after I leave. Has anyone ever done this before? The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.
