Today I joined a new organization (Big4). And biggest reason of most of the candidates for joining the firm was Work Culture of Firm.

I was like - Really? It's your Day 1 and that too virtual, and you are vouching for work culture of firm. You guys are bigger show-off than the LinkedIn post fellows.

One of the guy emotionally mentioned that it is his/her dream company. Then I realized that I myself did that with Amazon and Citi in the past🤣🤣🤣. And this year dumped the Citi myself😅

Trying to think of some places to leave Citi for. Already applied to JP and GS. Someone reached out to me today via LinkedIn after one of my posts of places I’m looking to relocate to and they recommended Capital One. Never even considered them. Anybody know anything about them? Good company to work for, good culture? Any negatives?

I had HR discussion with TCS today. My current CTC is 20 lpa and I have an offer for 26.5 , expecting one from Genpact for 28.5. The TCS HR said they can provide 27 as CTC and I asked for 28 max. She said she'll check and get back in 2 days.
