Today was rough. Another ‘urgent’ request came in late this afternoon that apparently couldn’t wait until next week. It’s like every project I touch is already on fire before I even see it. I’m exhausted from always being the one expected to swoop in last-minute.Are you also constantly putting out other people’s fires?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Just got offered to join potential project that would relocate me to LA for 3-4 months for onsite work. Their office is downtown, I’m single, 29 have the flexibility in lifestyle for this kind of move. Is it worth coming to LA rn? I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional.
