What are the best data privacy certs to aim for? 4 year exp in cyber risk consulting. Want to move to a privacy related role outside the big 4. Should I go for the CDPSE or CIPP or CIPM?

Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?

Does anyone have any advice for a recent masters graduate looking to move into product marketing? My professional experience is mostly in brand, social and event marketing, but after completing grad school, I’ve realized that I’d love to get into the product side of things. I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? For context, it’s a professional services firm, I’ve been there 3+years, and they gave a Sales Executive title to someone who just started 5mo ago.
