Trying to get a feel for Programmatic salaries at agencies in the Chicago market. What do people usually see for a Programmatic Director or an AD?

Sr. Digital Media Specialist here. Been with my agency for exactly 2 years now. I recently received a major elevation in responsibility, but the company “cannot afford to promote me at this time.” Basically I’m expected to operate as a manager without the title or compensation.
