All recruiters know you want more money and promotion. You don’t need to be coy about it. It is really not an excuse, it is 99.99% of the time people switch jobs
You can keep it simple. You want a change and you see company X as a great option that aligns with your career ambitions at this time. You can add a few lines about why that specific company etc

No. Maybe your firm has a freeze on promotions, maybe another company is growing like crazy and you want in. Recruiters do business by talking with people who are not satisfied with their current situation. They expect it.
Yeah it’s not that difficult lol. I was getting exit opps at D in both tech and consulting firms with 1 YOE. Pro tip is you can lateral, get a raise, and then even stretch the truth on what you did in the first gig for an even better exit opp down the line ;)
