Candidate Manager (hsisodiya@teksystems.com)

I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..
I am bit confused with commonwealt
Thoughts on Oglivy Chicago?
Salary credit timings? Icici bank

1) I have 1
2) we’re planning on one more. We originally wanted three kids but kids are so expensive and a handful. However we do want to give our son a sibling
5 kids, 13, 11, 9, 6, 4. We're good, finally don't have anyone in diapers and youngest just has one more year before they're all in school. Great kids but happy with 5.
Oh wow.

Not at all. Got snipped right after #2
Same 😆
2.
No more (with this wife)
5, hell no.
2,
Definitely not done. Hoping to hit the double digits if possible.
I’ll start.
1) I have 3
2) we’re thinking about one more
1) Having 3rd in the next two weeks
2) Not just no, but the snip is already set.

In theory it’s possible but after an unexpected very preterm delivery and a long NICU stay this might be it
That makes a lot of sense.

We were thinking about 2 but we don’t have any family in vicinity to help/babysit which makes it overwhelming, also I’m sole breadwinner and it’s so expensive to raise kids here in US
To begin with saving for college is extremely expensive as compared to Canada or Europe for example. Healthcare(child birth, pediatrician) is cheaper in Europe & Canada
1. Figuring that out now. It was really difficult to get to the 1 so we just feel insanely lucky right now. It’ll likely be a long road to get to #2 and not sure either of us have it in us again. Then there is sort of the idea maybe a miracle hits for us (without IVF) but mentally we are trying to figure out if we just want to say no mas and be content with what we have.
Two and done. Girl first (now 6), boy second (now 2.5).
It was described to me as the following, and I repeatedly see this play out
- first one kills the mum
- second one kills the dad
- third one kills you both
lol. We are outnumbered!
3, no mas

1.
No. I’m too old for more kids.
Rising Star
Mid 40s.
3, including myself 🤪
I’m done. Gonna tie up the cords eventually. 35M
3 and 2 sometimes birth control fails. Took more permanent precautions. Fingers crossed no more
3 kids, ages 14, 7, and 4 (oldest is from a previous relationship so a half brother, not that that matters at all just providing context). Had them in a great order too -- boy, girl, boy.
Definitely done, precautions were taken by both of us after the last one.
As an only child, I always knew I wanted my kids to have siblings and settled on 2 or 3 before I ever even had any of them. :) Luckily my wife was on the same page.

We will likely have one more, but right now I would be totally fine with the one we already have.
4 kids, ages 5, 4, 2, and almost 1. I’m the sole breadwinner and want to be done but my wife wants to have as many as possible - like at least 6 but she would like 8+.
Geez…. Maybe you can reverse it. “I’d actually love 10-12 kids even if it requires a second wife” to get her off those #s.
Good luck…. 😬
4.
Nope.
