Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. Recently started a new gig (less than three months). Team is great but client is a nightmare, deadlines and workload are insane and unforgiving and the type of work is a dead end road creatively. Another recruiter reached out with a role that is closer to the kind of work I want to be doing - is it awful to jump ship so soon? Hi all! I’m inclined on taking up the CIPM training and certification exam. I’m already a certified Data Protection Officer in the Philippines. I intend on skipping CIPP as it applies to the US and EU.

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. I want better for myself and family but 1. I don't enjoy the same things forever 2. Imposter syndrome and RSD make me believe it's acceptable to start over in new places at low salaries. 3. We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. How do I ask for a title change and pay increase to reflect what I actually do? Do I ask my contract house, or my NASA mgmt? Should I ask to make the pay retroactive since I was hired to do one thing, but do another?

LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look".
