Functional consultant seems a bit high but the rest seems to be market average.

Agreed with SC1 - functional consultant seems correct especially in this market.
I thought that 5 years ago and it hasnât popped yet. I believe it is due to:
SF is great at selling their product and creating more demand
The sf community isnât that big (demand is greater than the supply)
People move up into bigger roles
People get tired of it and move into other tech or other careers
I think most of the demand is due to the aggressive Salesforce sales machine and talent turnover. If the sales machine ever stops or slows down so will demand for talent to implement and support it. Be kind to your Salesforce AE - they are helping you by selling more.

Sales is their first name.... And they are good at it.
We will be a 100billion company. fair to say demand is and will continue to be unreal high and talent shortage in the market will drive salaries up to keep and retain talent. đ

Pay band for Technical Architect seems low.

By about 10 - 20% I'd say.
Salaries seem a little low for Accenture positions but I guess they are based on averages and not the number one partner salaries.
Whatâs the band for SA at Accn? Asking for a friend
You should try to join Salesforce professional services directly (growth engine) and not work for a SI or partner. Real money is made at the company and rocketship itself not at partners.
L7 SA here OTE is 190. I would love to be at 220-250 when I get promoted to grade 8 :)
The payband is low because Mason Frank is the KPMG of the Salesforce recruiting world... Good talent doesn't generally work with them.
I work for Salesforce Professional Services and we get paid significantly below these ranges.

DM for a referral to Accenture if you're interested đ
What companies are paying these rates? 90 -100 for Admin...
Generally makes me feel under paid... I'm not sure if it's because I'm at an end user instead of a partner though.
Get an offer externally and see if they match it. Inertia is the friend of end users holding down salaries, until/if the great resignation kicks in.
I don't think it's off. Many other tech companies pay a lot more

Do you think "pop" means everyone gets a pay decrease, or all new hires get a lower salary?
These numbers look about right to me. The âbubbleâ in my opinion comes from people thinking they have more experience than they really do and trying to command higher salaries in or above the senior band (e.g. 2-3 YOE out of college insistent that they are solution architects when most of their project experience is BA / testing related)
