JPMorgan Chase Did a first round interview for a senior level position at JP Morgan.. hiring manager said I should receive a call back within a couple of weeks.. been over a month.. no intimation post that.. the HR in charge of hiring or scheduling haven’t replied to my emails on what comes next and haven’t scheduled anything. Shouldn’t you always be applying for jobs regardless of your utilization?
Is there a reason why you’re below target?
In my experience when people miss utilization targets and there’s a explanation like this there’s usually not an issue. It may be hard to get a great rating, but assuming you don’t have any other issues in your story you should be fine.
It’s people with low utilization and no explanation- or the explanation is no one wanted to staff them - that need to worry.
Maybe start applying for projects and book the return flight from Rio?
