Just have a conversation with ur performance manager and express ur disappointment on ratings and ask him for revision.. if he says no, then take the bonus and plan for next jump

What's your service line ? Is trade off means rating and promotion like - take rating 2and leave promotion

No he says it’s a fast track promotion within an year 15 months of joining. So needed to trade with less rating. Doesn’t make sense to me
Same with me. worked harder than anyone else in the team.
Got a promotion with 3 rating.
The promotion was overdue anyway.
So my problem is , Have worked also hard touched my strach goals .. and now they are giving me dream of mid year promotion which i am not buying. PS uts been 14 months with the firm
What should I do
Actually evaluation does not happen only on your performance it again depends on your current ctc and the band you are in, I have seen ppl with higher packages getting 3 rating with some other reason and ppl with package on lower sides gets higer ratings.. COMPANY benifits!!! Simple..
