Got an offer from an agency who needs my help. It’s a great salary upgrade with an opportunity to grow, but the agency and client in question don’t have great reputations creatively. Do I join and try to change it? Or stay where I’m at (a creatively reputable shop) and keep building my portfolio for a year or two. The money is legitimately tempting, but I’m worried about my portfolio output at the end of the day.
