Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.
Thanks !!
About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Well Booz pay low compared to other firms but apparently good benefits and WLB.. for reference I’m at Microsoft 5yoe making 125k base as a PM. I would think for Virginias COL if you need much more.

I was brought on as L62 and given 35k sign on stock (was told I may have been able to negotiate that higher) and annual RSU similar to cash bonus amount. So I’m going to expect anywhere from 15-30k and if I get more be pleasantly surprised. we’ll see though. Should find out in July
It's going to be hard to come up with an 🍎 to 🍎 comparison. How does that offer feel to you?
They came back with another number. They didn’t make what I asked for.
The range in job postings is the national range. Jobs typically have a target range, usually based on the contract.
Ayyy know someone going to FAA.
With that amount of experience and coming in as an associate, that’s a pretty fair salary. Booz doesn’t pay quite as much as some of the other big defense and government contractors, but the culture and WLB are very good and pretty laid back.
Coming in as an associate, you may or may not manage a small team straight away. Associate is the level where you can still be used as an individual contributor or start to do some people management (I know it will vary for some, but that’s generally true).
Overall, it seems a pretty fair offer and Booz is a pretty solid place to work (from experience).
It seems like at booz compared to other defense contractors, you hit 100k really quick then plateau. I had less then 1YOE when hired and got an offer for 115k, but looking around our internal job board it seems like they all want assets that bill less then 135k.
