I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Gave interview sometime back, Initially they did not agree to the ask, since I already have offer from other org which is much greater than what Tavisca is offering.....Difference is around 4lakhs in both of them, the other org is mid sized company which gave higher offer... What to do in this case... Go for JPMC?? Or other org?? Tavisca JPMorgan Chase

You can milk Amex points for certain things and their transfer options are excellent, however, transferring points is not going increase their value
Transferring to Airline miles offers the best value as per TPG. If you have enough points on Amex try transferring to 1:1.3 Virgin Atlantic
I recommend SPG - converted 150k points into 75K SPG Points which can be redeemed for 10 category 5 nights

Thanks everyone... I've decided to book hotels, etc through AmEx. Anything remaining in rolling into gift cards for Nordstrom, Tiffany's and VS. They already to be the most useful for me and carry the greatest value. Thanks for all your input!
