I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. I currently have my EAD based on my OPT with an addition 2 year renewal. I have also submitted a marriage based GC application in Nov 2021, did my biometrics currently waiting on my interview. I have an offer from a tech company and want to leave my current employer. I am worried if I tell my upcoming employer about being currently on OPT they will freak out and take back their offer even doh I can work and don’t need their sponsorship.

I am a senior at a top 50 regional firm and have been here for a year. Prior to this was 2 years at a smaller firm. I am interviewing in industry and have not landed a gig yet. I am thinking about making a switch to a top 10 PA firm and sticking it out until manager and then reevaluating a move to industry. If my ultimate goal is to move to industry, would you suggest moving to a larger PA firm for brand recognition?

Pretty sure the answer is self explanatory but first year with real status. Does Marriott status reset Jan 1? For instance if I need 10 nights for Platnium am I SOL if I stay 9 nights by Dec 31?

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking?
