Well, folks, I finally reached 120 payments on my Public student loan forgiveness!!! Yay! This was on April 19. And now because Mohela has been such a mess, the Dept. Of Education ( the folks who just were supposed to redo the FAFSA, and made a mess of it) are moving all of the PSLF people to DOE. Anyone use EQ bank? What is your experience with it?

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?

HNY all! I have multiple rollover and traditional IRAs, as well as a solo 401k. But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA.
