actually i think the single monitor setup makes sense, all he needs to do is forwarding emails and sitting in on meetings 😂 i would expect a better phone though.
i am actually on a case where one of the attorneys of record is a managing partner of a similar firm, dude never write any emails, all the correspondence was done by his deputy, and only read the pleadings right before they are filed (at least that is what is implied by his deputy), hope his client is happy about being able to name-drop him on the signature line…
