Seems like there is a large gap between Sr. Consultant and Manager. What’s is the salary band for Manager?
190K for lateral hire
I gotta say TC is below market because their 401K and ESOB won’t vest for a few years. The cash comp in the first year is around 210 = 190 base + 10% bonus. I think you can negotiate base up to 200K and a signing bonus is within reach too.
