We’ve all seen a few agencies still asking workers to come in to the office, amidst all the COVID-19 hysteria. Any companies on the brand side still expecting employees to be on site?

I have patients who have tested positive for COVID RNA for the last month. Wondeirng if I'm ever going to be able to let them go back to work.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

Hi I'm curious what's the average salary for a brand manager in NYC (CPG/Food industry) with 3 yrs of experience?

What certificates/training should I do in order to apply for a brand manager/marketing manager on the brand side? Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
