No clue, nothing communicated yet..

Don't think anything has been communicated yet, but likely some sort of hybrid model. Ability to WFH a portion of the week and client / office the rest. I also think client travel will decrease, especially for lower ranks

Tune into All Hands on 4/20. Massive internal project presented its findings to Kelly & the rest of the leadership team recently. Results and finalized guidance on this will be presented

M1 My guess is the thought is email is very impersonal for a very personal topic like WFH.

I think we’re finding out next Tuesday on Kelly’s All Hands. “New Ways of Working”, whatever that means

That, and additional bonuses 😉

funny

1. Client will determine what they want to pay for 2. There’s been massive investments in virtual workplace, we want to see an Roi on this 3. Did you see EY’s commitment to 35% less emissions (airline and car) by 2025? All of this means, there will be outliers but the mean will be hybrid, that is for sure

Anyone gotten rhinoplasty? I was getting consults before the pandemic and chickened out bc I’m terrified of dying in surgery for a cosmetic procedure. But I’m considering it again bc I hate how I look in photos and bc we’re all wfh and I’ve never met my colleagues in person so no one would know. Anyone had this done? Was it worth it? Any issues?

Everyone talking about “re focusing on what matters”, or “putting things in perspective “... I know we all love the work from home (or do we?) but does anyone actually miss traveling for their consulting engagements and all the fun that goes along with it? The late nights at the office then the bar and random hookups and excitement and all that? Sure it’s a grind but I think I actually miss it too. Maybe I just miss seeing people at work or seeing people at all. I wonder if we’ll ever get back to that.
