I was making $90K at RSM as an S2. That’s why I jumped to PwC in October. Just got the mid-year bump from $105 to $122. Pretty happy about that.
A&M2, what I’ve heard about the cohort model is that higher-performing employees receive a bigger bonus than lower-performing employees, but the idea is that everyone’s base salary/raise is the same
120 base at A&M with a sizable bonus structure where people effectively double their salary.

Not what I made as a senior, just what I know people who got hired in the crunch last year were getting. I’d be interested to see if that’s still what GT offers I’d deal flow slows or it gets easier to fill spots

100 - 110 as a new FDD senior is typical the last few months - again, I emphasize new
S2 - 108k MCOL
I was making 118k at GT as a senior and this was back in 2016
Yup, hence why I’m looking at leaving and targeting TC in the 200+ range now!
