The reality is that ALL of these law firms are unfriendly and candidly, hostile, to Black/POC attorneys. And it is going to get worse thanks to SCOTUS and the failed up mediocre in chief who they are helping become the full-fledged dictator they’ve always desired. You didn’t go to law school though to be friendly with them, or to gain access in the space just to be next to them, right? You did it, hopefully, to stack your own coin or build generational legacy or both. Work at the best “top” law firm that you can, then lateral to another, and as many as it takes until you reach those goals, because it is all about setting yourself and your family/community up for the future. It took me years to learn: you will never, EVER, be able to smile enough, be the cool one at the water cooler enough, work hard enough, be excellent enough, for them to see your humanity. So, take those people‘s money, and use it to YOUR benefit & uplift.
Emphasis on the community element. I think a lot of people forget that part once they make it to the top.
If by poc you mean black then damn near all of them.

No one can really answer this on a firmwide basis. Diverse associates in different practice groups working with different people at the same firm can have wildly different experiences.
Love the work you do Bryson, but I’d stop using “Latinx”. The data shows that most Latinos either have never heard the term or dislike it. I think one percent of Latinos actually use it- most likely fringe far left Gen Z kids. To most Latinos, it comes across as condescending. If you want to be gender neutral, just say “Hispanic” or “Latin-American” instead. Unfortunately, one of the reasons Hispanic males switched to Trump is because of the generally condescending messaging that liberal Anglos have used with Hispanics, and minorities in general. This is coming from a Latino liberal btw.
Cooley. Toward Asians.
Let’s talk lol
What haven’t I heard 😂 legitimately it’s too much to list and it’s also city and group dependent not to mention poc from different cultural backgrounds have different experiences. A firm could be awful for black attorneys but great for AAPI attorneys or the reverse
The inverse of this question would be easier to answer.

I was thinking the same thing. But are there any that are actually friendly to POC?
