Should I brushing up my resume?

Kind souls who successfully exited to Google,
Would you be kind enough to refer me to a role at Google!
Came across a role that's a good fit. Would ideally like to target it through a referral and not by applying through the career site.
Would also love to maybe take you for a meal or alike to thank you for it :) Google

What was your last holiday party like?
Well, one of the worst questions I ever asked was “so is it cool working up this high in a building?”
But that’s not what you asked…
Depends on what kinda high.
Why is this position open, what work from this agency are you most proud of/that's most reflective of the agency's bar for good work, what success in this role looks like, what someone can do in this role that the last person in it didn't, (and when they give you a lowball salary) the infamous "where do you get off?"

Have a list of questions to ask interviewers, but these two are my all time favorite when I feel like challenging them a bit:
Where do you see my role sits & develops in the next 6 months and 1 year? (If it’s with my potential manager, I’d add, “what are your plans to support this role to achieve this goal?”)
Is there anything you wish I'd have answered differently or any qualification you wish I'd have?
What are you looking for in this hire? What skill gaps do you think are missing in the team currently? Where do you see the team/this role heading in 5 years?
I've asked interviewers/managers what are some of the organizational challenges they're facing at the moment; where they are currently in the hiring process; what challenges are they currently working on with their clients; what their WFH plans are like in the future; and if they're client-side, I ask them questions about culture and how they maintain employee camaraderie when everyone is working at home (and no one has the space to make small talk at the office kitchen).
Basically I want to know what sort of issues I would be getting into straight away. Usually you can tell if they're trying too hard to sell you through on the agency if they give a wishy-washy answer about current challenges etc.
