What are some of the good exit opportunities after approx 4 years at EY doing a lot of DA and AML? Not keen on Switching to industry/banks.

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. I’m interested in pursuing cosmetic dermatology (possible Botox and laser treatment) for the first time. I’ve done a ton of research and the derm I’m most interested in going to charges a $150 consult fee but does NOT apply that cost to any treatments you get, whereas from my research it seems like derms in my city usually do apply the consult fee to the treatments. Would you pass on her due to that additional cost, or consider it worth it to see the derm you want to see?
