What are the key differences between an SAE and an AS role? How long is someone usually an SAE before being promoted (based on your experience)?

I currently have an offer from both IBM and TCS for database developer role. IBM's package is a slightly less than what TCS has offered. While my plan is to join TCS but i have no clue about what project/account i will be onboarded to. I am very much comfortable in my current organization and they have agreed to match the IBM offer. I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Weighing whether another year of IB experience would be helpful, or would just make me one year older at the same starting point in PE.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever.
