This trend really needs to go away, I'm tired of seeing it. However its their body and if they choose to alter their body to fit society's idea of what is desirable then so be it. I hope they just know the risk they are putting their body in. Also on the other hand a women's body are always under scrutiny but that's a whole other convo
In ten years, big butts are gonna be passé. These trends are so arbitrary. We shouldn’t alter our bodies to fit trends, especially when the procedure is risky.
Remember the 90’s and Y2K? Heroin chic and slim hips/butts were “in”. Also in many cultures (East Asia for example), big butts are not the beauty standard.
In 20 years these women will look rough especially if the bbl is not proportional. The skin will not hold fat injections together.
I would recommend strength training. Helps with your body composition and also great mental stimulator.

I personally wouldn’t get one but plastic surgery isn’t a new concept, plenty of ppl get it. The risks associated with this particular procedure is high though and as with as body modification surgery if you don’t alter your habits you are basically throwing away money. It’ll probably fade out some whenever being thin with no curves dominates media again, since public views on women typically drive how a lot of us feel/view our bodies
If you’re willing to put your life at risk to have a fatter ass, I see no issue with it.

I think like most plastic surgery, if it's a good surgeon making small to moderate changes and the patient takes good care of herself (or himself) and the incision site, it can dramatically improve a person's appearance. Doing you due diligence and selecting a top tier surgeon is critical.
