Check with your state’s trial lawyers association and see if it publishes any sort of handbook(s). If it does, chances are the book will be nicely tailored to your state’s precedent and procedures.

Depending on where you are, podcasts. An attorney Andrew Smiley is doing a podcast stream every first Wednesday on basic steps for each part of a PI case in NY. He sends out templated stuff and everything. Worthwhile to look into

If you are starting out solo add marketing and motivational/self help books as well.
