I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. I got the highest offer from LnT worth 17, but I can try for some more comapnies and get higher offers.
But ,I also want to retain in capgemini if they match the package.

Hey all. I had a recruiter reach out about a job posting I applied for through LinkedIn. One of the first questions she sent through email were my salary expectations. I don’t want to underbid myself without hearing about the salary range from her first. Is there a good way to respond to this questions w/o giving her a $ amount just yet?

Starting the interview process at a competitor and the people I will be interviewing with know my current team members just from being in the industry and I think some even used to work together.
