I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. It’s generally prefaced with them only doing this to help you grow, but has the exact opposite effect on me. And then when you try to explain your POV, you’re tagged as being defensive. Generally ends me with saying I’m sorry. No other partners at the firm have ever raised any concerns on my communications or work product.

I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.
