Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?

10% 401k match 25% cash bonus plus 20k equity. Get to industry. Pay is way better. This is just at the manager level also. Just continues to go up at senior manager director and beyond
What company is this?
PwC gives bonuses anywhere from 3-20% in audit depending on level and performance. As a senior associate I got a 17% bonus last year. And I think the bottom end of the range was 6%.
Associates get 4.5% 401k, senior associate get 5.5%, 6.5% at manager. I think it goes up to 7.5% at senior manager and 8.5% at director, but am not certain.
RSM 401K is 3% match and they pay it out once a year on 3/31.
Bonuses usually range from 2.5%-7% in audit. I’m a manager and my target bonus is 6%
EY 401k match is 50% of 6% (so 3%) (25% or 1.25% the first couple years); bonuses vary by rank and performance, most bonus is 5%-17%, 17% was in a senior promo year at the highest rating. Might go higher idk
I think Wipfli’s 401k is pretty low at 1%. Firm leaders are not really good at elaborating on potential bonus pool ranges. They just mention that overall they are putting more money into the pool as a whole. I don’t know, it is as clear as mud if you ask me. Last year I did get a 6% bonus plus a 8% pay increase so I was happy.
At Plante Moran, bonus %s vary by level, but same for tax/audit - Seniors get 4%, managers 8%, senior managers 12%, and principals 15%. That’s the base %s and it’s +-2% (so you can increase/decrease by max 2% depending on how your goals end up for the performance year). 401K is 3% and paid out yearly on February 15th. My bonus last year was 10% of my base comp
Im at cbiz now. 5% bonus and 3% 401k match.
BDO gives a 4% match on 401(k). In addition, BDO pays 10% of our annual wages to an ESOP plan (gradual vesting until we have 6 years of service).
Bonuses vary. I received a bonus equivalent to one month’s salary.
CLA does 2% for 401k vested over 3 years. Bonus is said to be rolled into compensation. My comp adjustment including bonus was 4% last year.
