What do hiring managers/CDs like to see on a cover letter when we apply for these creative internships? There's a lot I'm applying for after finishing ad school with a fresh new book of work. For context, they didn't prep us well enough for small things like cover letters and messages to recruiters for things like these lol. Any advice is appreciated!!! Thank you!

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Hello, I am a a23 year old who just graduated with a BA degree In Cyber Security. I have two years of cyber security experience that is mainly focused on vulnerability management and user awareness training. I have recently accepted a job as an IS engineer for 65k but am now thinking about leaving after only two weeks due to the fact that I don’t enjoy working for large companies as you are so segmented. I also realize that 65k is low for cybersecurity. What should I target for my next to role?
