I supervise a few nursing assistants in my company and love being able to guide them and watch them grow and develop. I was attracted to this field because it's an area where I could make a difference. I feel that I give a lot but I get so much personal satisfaction in return. It's a very rewarding field and I would definitely recommend it to others.

That's amazing that you love what you do. I am hoping to get to that point of obtaining a fulfilling role.

I enjoy being able to change and alter the program based of of the data that we collect. I enjoy being able to act as a consultant for all staff when it pertains to risk/quality/compliance.

I thoroughly enjoy the leadership team and how collaborative we are when it comes to finding solutions.

I would highly suggest the field to anyone with leadership experience as long as you can think on your feet and have effective communication.

Wow that's good to know! My company as well utilize dashboards it makes it easier to present the information to stakeholders versus just showing a list of tons of numbers

It’s the best job if you like the social services and business aspects of healthcare.

I love the idea of problem solving which can include developing dynamic teams

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?
