From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. 1. Do you include the duration of your projects that you're including in your application? I have several years of experience but am highlighting only the most relevant ones. But they are projects from a year or two ago.
2. Does anybody have advice in quantifying impact in the projects they've worked on for both resumes and interviews? I can put together high-level numbers (estimated X% in cost reduction, etc.) but none of these are obviously proven out.
