What does it mean if the hiring manager says after an interview they will contact you but it might be for a different role within the same team for the job you applied for. Is that a ding?

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
