What does the interview process for BCG experienced consultant look like and how many rounds?

Interviewer: You’re hired! However it will now be an unpaid internship, are you still interested?

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all.
