Hi everyone, I recently left Deloitte as a Senior Manager and I only have the behavioural interview left for Accenture as SM (I’ve been told that it is organised by the US firm).
Any insights on preparing for this interview and negotiating a sign on bonus would be kindly appreciated (beyond what’s on the web). My salary when I left D was 220 plus bonus. In appreciation I will transfer $100 USD to the best and most upvoted answer as of May 3rd at 1000h EST. Thank you! Accenture Deloitte

Salary at 35?
30% is reasonable but it should definitely be higher. San Diego is a premium rental place and blessed with beautiful Beaches.. St.louis well. You know how it is, don't ya?
No toasted ravs
Nope, in Chicago but my family is from StL.
Cost of living is significantly more in San Diego, so I’d say 30% minimum
Yeah the weather will be great and all, but good like finding a decent pork steak.
The tacos doe.
Saint who?
We pay the sunshine tax here but expect to pay a lot for rent or to buy. Most 1 beds cost 400K and 1 bed rentals start around 1500.
