They tend to give salaries by how much will be given per month. Between €6500-8500 per month is average but varies depending on client-side, tech co, or agency type

Taxes work a bit differently than in the US, so be sure to ask what your netto salary will be. This way you won’t have surprises. €3500 netto seems fair if it’s a starting CD role.

Ah got it, thank you, very helpful and insightful:)

Started going to therapy early 2020 and had a few sessions where I really felt like I made a breakthrough and left feeling like I was on cloud 9 after every session. I stopped going (it was the through school and I graduated/covid happened) but recently started again with a new therapist. I am not feeling that “breakthrough” feeling after any of our sessions and see it as more of a burden than helpful - is this a sign that maybe this therapist isn’t for me?

I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges. I am starting to feel depressed and horrible. Upon communicating the same to my manager she says you should do what you are told to do, now she degrades me in team meetings.I am still on probation and planning to quit and run.But I am unsure if this will have bad consequences on my career. Can someone guide me here?

How does one go about resignation in the remote setting?

Should i email my boss then follow up with a call? Or the other way around?

The "confrontation" is really difficult for me lol. I actually like my current boss and she's been helpful and made me feel like she looks out for me too. But the new opportunity is too good to pass up on (huge increase to pay. No concerns on the team since ive worked with those people in the past in a different company)

When do you all think it’s time to exit to take your startup on full time? Is there a certain income threshold you’d want it to hit combined with personal savings? Other than insurance, what may be somethings I’m not thinking of in making a plunge? For context, 2 workers, my wife does almost everything now and I assist at nights and weekend. It’s grown from 200 a month to almost 2k a week of profit over the past five months. Has been increasing from 1.5 to 2+ over the past 3 weeks. Contd

How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? I'm non-confrontational but year-end reviews are right around the corner and I'm worried about having to act professional to someone who I got too close with and who now hates me.
