Started going to therapy early 2020 and had a few sessions where I really felt like I made a breakthrough and left feeling like I was on cloud 9 after every session. I stopped going (it was the through school and I graduated/covid happened) but recently started again with a new therapist. I am not feeling that “breakthrough” feeling after any of our sessions and see it as more of a burden than helpful - is this a sign that maybe this therapist isn’t for me?

I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges.
