Fishes, Anyone aware of the relocation assistance provided by Wells Fargo . Is that provided as as whole or only after submitting the required bills and docs.
Asking because Deloitte credited 40k relocation assistance without any bills even though it was mentioned in the offer that bills were necessary.
Can anyone please help? Wells Fargo

Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center

Who’s CGI
Yeah I didn’t realize not many people knew about them! They’re a similar size to BAH
I forgot to add IBM to the list!!
IBM NUMBA 1
-Federal in general: Deloitte>ACN/BAH>PwC>EY>KPMG>>>>>CGI
-IT in general: ACN/Deloitte>BAH>Rest of B4>>>>>CGI
It'll vary a bit as you break it down into specific verticals and practice areas, but that's how I'd rank them.
To note, CGI is much easier to get into than the others , at least as of several years ago, but I'd take any of the others hands down over CGI in any field.
Also to note, I generally rank BAH above the non-Deloitte B4 due to their sheer size and scope in the federal space. Overall, the firm does more staff aug and low pay stuff than B4, but is also significantly larger, so net there are more interesting/high paying positions at BAH than non-Deloitte B4 in federal. Very different in commercial, BAH is tiny there.
It depends.
In Federal, I’ve worked with several low performers who were poached by Deloitte (bummer!), so I wouldn’t agree that they’re top tier. I’m sure they like to think of themselves as that. Solid? Sure. Just not god’s gift to consulting.
PWC doesn’t exist in Federal, it’s GH. I didn’t even realize EY had a Federal presence TBH. I’ve generally been impressed with ACN. BAH has a ton of 9 to 5 IT staff aug roles - there’s some good people in there but it often looks like a staffing company. CGI is pretty rough.
who still care about the big 4, D is an exception of course
Very different. What do you want to do?
For public sector consulting Deloitte, Booz, Accenture.
For financial services, the big 4.
For general IT, Accenture + B4.

Work for a client (financial firms specifically) - better pay, semi difficult to get in given you have the right creds, and work life balance depends on the firm
I always thought BAH must be a cool firm where you work for cool NatSec clients as contractors with awesome pay doing hacking type stuff. I'm sure it's much more boring than that.
It is way more boring.
