Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

They’ve keep it incredibly vague, up to “your teams” and “your manager.” Well I am the manager. I couldn’t care less where you are, though personally I’ll go in 1-2x a week just to see people. But I won’t be requiring it. Of course some PPED may overrule me. But it really is up to your teams, if they say in the office 5x that’s what you do.
More info to come later but so far they’re saying about 2 days wfh 3 days office
40/60% home/office, 2/3 day a week in office expectation but since we are client serving it is primarily team based
EY3 same! I think I’ll go in one day per week eventually in case staff or seniors want to meet in person. Otherwise save the commute. We’ll see if there is push back from the partners.
