Do you think GT takes into consideration the amount of FTO you’ve taken when it comes time for compensation discussions?
I’m sure it comes up...but if you’re meeting/exceeding utilization, I wouldn’t understand why they would factor the # of days in their overall decision.
Huron has flexible PTO haven’t seen that anywhere else... let me know if y’all have seen that at other firms?
I take at a minimum 4 weeks spread out across the FY.
PwC is 15 days first 2 years, plus 2 floating holidays (which can be used whenever.). After 2 years with firm it goes up to 22 days. Also have extended holiday days off (3 for 4th of July, 3-4 days around Christmas)

KPMG is 25 pto days A-M and 30 SM+
1/2 carries over each year

20 days pto 1 floating holiday for associate to consultant and like 21 for manager 25 maybe for MD somewhere along those lines
