Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

However, externally no one knows or cares! And you don’t have to do anything besides client delivery.
Sounds like an Internal role or USDC
I’m in USDC and I want to leave in a year. I had to find out about all this stuff on Glassdoor.
It’s USDC. It’s still a part of Deloitte but it’s different from core Deloitte in terms of pay, benefits, and promotion structure.
It used to be called the “project delivery model”. Essentially you aren’t on the partner track. Bonuses are smaller, too. But you aren’t expected to do firm initiatives. I like it but there’s trade offs to everything. At level 8 they make you sign a non compete, which stinks.
Hey! I was wondering what it is you like about it? I’m heavily debating after my call with a recruiter. Based on everyone’s comments I see some negative things, what are the positives in your opinion? Thanks!
Us delivery center
The recruiter said this suits best my qualification; I’m doing T2 strategy consulting making a switch to this role seems like a no brainer. Damn these Deloitte recruiters are funny af
They said they are assigning me a “buddy” to learn more about the role but tbh if it’s not S&A, I’m not even gonna look that way or even consider it tbh
