What is the average time an employee gets before one gets fired after being put in the Performance Improvement Program (PIP)?

Do you think it is quite possible to get fired by asking too many questions as an experienced senior 1? If so, i might get fired after this busy season.

Hey Guys. Regarding the forced layoffs in PS. It’s high time we unite and hit them back. I’ll request all people who’ll receive the video connect email from PS to do one important thing. Use a a pen camera or a hidden camera(small) in your pocket before attending the call and record the call and events. These peoples should not be spared. Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.

With a recession around the corner - two questions:
1) will there be layoffs at Deloitte? My concern is we hired so much ppl this year.
2) will there be more work in org design? Just saw the Robinhood 9% workforce layoff announcement.

I asked for a raise and instead got laid off. Told that after looking into finances not only can they not afford a raise they cannot afford me. But I know for a fact they are replacing me with an Agency that say they can run our Social Media for 500pcm. Is this normal practice these days?

The week of my wedding, my husband (PL SQL Developer 4 yoe) was laid off. That was a couple of weeks ago. Thought - In the Georgia runoff elections, the best use of Democrat money would be to run ads which seem to have a conservative bent and play up the election fraud conspiracies, claiming the election system is broken and can’t be trusted. Maybe even offer up a way to grieve their frustrations with the system (that isn’t voting obviously). Would be so effing perfect if Rs lost the senate because trump cast doubt on election integrity.
