Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? Or do they come back and mention its your family requirement since your partner is located and you are moving ?Suggestions or experiences any !

@D, I respectfully suggest that if you are serious about start-up, don't even think about comparing salary to consulting. The people I know who are really successful in start-up do it because it's a sort of calling for them.
Agree with @S&, move to a start up because of a passion, not for a salary.
You'll land somewhere in 85 to 95 as a first year C, with some possibility to be outside of that range depending on special factors (had a salary match due to another offer). First year C bonuses vary (and you don't get a bonus when you've just gotten promoted)
glassdoor.com. Generally has pretty accurate, up to date salary info for companies as data there is supposedly self reported.
Depends on your current salary and your rating at year end. They don't just give everyone the same thing if that's what you are asking
Dang, it's called Google. Use it.
It is, just remember to negotiate with a full calculation of your benefits at that new level when valuing outside offers. For example, you must believe that your 401k match value is picked up by salary or stock at the startup.
@D3 thanks.. Exactly what I was looking for!
