What is the best way to demonstrate proficiency with Python (and other more "real" AI/ML technologies) to help move from an RPA team lead role to one in analytics/AI?

Already have some programming skill, but no professional experience. I have hobbyist experience, and could make a portfolio on github or something. Or I can just list Python in my skills as Intermediate, which is probably a stretch.

RPA is fine and I can easily get a cert or something, but I think ML is better long term.

Curious the pay difference between SAP and partner consulting firms. What can a S4 HANA cloud or OnPrem consultant expect to get paid at a place like EY or another big 4 firm with 3-5 years of experience in PMO/Functional Consulting roles with an MBA?

Just wondering, is 130k for sc2 at EY FSO decent? I accepted offer and Im not sure if i should be happy. Im an international student from Indonesia too who has an MBA around 7 yoe (not consulting). When can I expect promotion to sc3 (and M) and what is the expected salary increase annually for both promotion and non promotion years?

I’m a NEQ at a Midwest small firm and will be relocating to Indianapolis within the next year. I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work.
