I would think very low since those aren’t revenue generating roles. And in fact I’d argue that a high variable comp might encourage poor behavior.
The range is wide, and it would depend on your level and YOE. Goldman is somewhat flat with titles. You could be a VP with 20 YOE or with 10. But obviously pay would be different. Bonus can be as high as 60% or more (for executives) of your base, and as low as 10-15%
