Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?

(UK so not sure how useful/interesting this is but will comment in case useful to others) Also at a patent and trademark firm. Our bonus isn't determined by billable hours. We have a £GBP target to meet which is reviewed each year taking account of seniority, charge rate and opportunity. If you crudely take my target as an example and divide it by my hourly rate, it would only come in around 1100 hours. Bonus is a % of 10% of salary pre-deductions taking into account amount billed in £GBP and other contributions such as client wins, business development, developing others etc.
