Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

I had a TPM interview with Lyft earlier this year. It wasn't technical at all but they asked me to present something super technical from my previous projects to a technical and non technical audience.
Thanks SC1 for the input
If you make it to the loop, you may have one technical interview and also may have to give a presentation on the topic of your choosing. The technical questions will be related to the role and/or your experience on a project. If you do get a technical question, be prepared to go deep. It's best to give as little information as possible upfront because you will get 4-5 follow-up questions to go deeper into the topic. Most interviews will be super soft and behavioral (STAR format). I'd be more worried about coming up with a diverse set of anecdotes and how they relate to the leadership principles. A lot of people struggle here but there's a lot of prep out there on it.
Thanks M1, are there any resources you can share
