Square Veeva @teletracking
Trying to decide between 3 offers remote/Columbus
Square is 84k salary 5k bonus and 80k stocks vesting over 4 years
Veeva is 100k salary 20k bonus and 25k Stocks each year forever
Teletracking is 125k cash 5k bonus
I know about Square the most and if they paid closer to Veeva and Teletracking I’d probably go there but it seems like they underpay.
The Veeva culture seems really good but it’s a sustaining engineer position for year 1 so debugging

That's a very broad question. Some factors that would help would be what area of Supply Chain? Inventory, Procurement, Data Analysis, etc. all have very different salary ranges. Would also need to know what industry and location to be able to better help.
Without a more specifics (location, for what industry, etc.), I would say that for someone with no experience, a salary of $50K + benefits is probably a starting point. It would probably go up from there depending on your education background, the hiring company, where the job is located, the local job market, etc.
I went to college in Wisconsin and they used to post salary statistics of our business school. Back in 2020 I saw anything from 50k-100k. 50k was generally lesser known companies in rural areas, 100k were purely people working in California and they were outliers. I thought I hit the jackpot starting at 71k.
